Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia-Richard is the first woman to ever serve our state in the State Land Office. As a representative in the State House, she fought for quality education and remains as dedicated as ever to make sure education is front and center. She has also worked to make sure policies that impact our environment and natural resources are not done at the expense of our New Mexican families.
